Traveling from India to US with travel visa

Hi Team,

My mother-in-law is planning to travel from Kolkata, India to Seattle, US on coming December. She has tourist visa, B2 visa. We need to check if she is allowed to travel with a tourist visa now considering the travel restrictions due to COVID-19.

If anyone is aware of it please let us know.
