Hi,
I have just came from USA to India for vacations. I am going back on 28th July to US. Earlier in my passport I didn't have surname and my given name was "v **** D **** E **** **". So when I came back I applied for name bifurcation and my new passport shows first name as "veeresh E **** ***" and last name as "D **** ". My question is do I have to take new visa or can I show the old visa which is in th old passport and as I have already booked my return ticket what all the documents I need to take to convince the immigration officer about name modification.Please reply as soon as possible.
