Travel to india on green card

Hi, i recently adjusted my status from F1 to green-card through marrige. Now, i am planning to go to india in next month. I have not yet included my spouse name in my indian passport. i wanted to know what are the documents that i should carry while returning to US. And Could no spuse name in indian passport cause problem?

You just carry your green card and passport. Nothing else.

Spouse name in passport is not required.
