How to obtain a Green Card ? Information in the Thread thanks! for any support!

Me and my family arrived here October 2012 and we have asylum case , on January 2013 they confirmed that our case is in the court and we had the finger print but up to now we haven't got the court appointment to discuss the case till now, so my question is : Is there is a way to obtain the Green Card because we have been here for more than one year by now?

If you are here on an asylum basis, you cannot start another immigration procedure while your asylum case is being adjudicated. If you submit something else, you will most likely get a denial for the secondary procedure, and lose your filing fee.
