Good morning*
*My photographer has a program that can take pictures the right size for the US passport, but he cannot send the pic to me via mail due to its secutity program setting. Can I scan the picture and use it to apply for the green card, or since it will be scanned it is not ok and it won't be accepted? I don't know how to do otherwise.
