Just wondering if anyone knew when is the next date that applications are being accepted for the US Green Card Lotterty and if anyone as a link to confirm this?

The entry registration period for the 2018 Diversity Visa program (DV-2018) was between October 4, 2016 and November 7, 2016. All submission processing at this web site has finished.

So expect around the same timeframe for this year (2017) which is for 2019 lottery.

Can someone apply whos country of Birth is among the accepted list of countries but who has aquired another citizenship via naturalization which country is not accepted for the green card lottery, so this person has dual nationality?

The application is based on country of birth and not citizenship.
