Hi,
I want to get my parents to US. We are two brothers. I did my masters and working here on H1B now. My brother works for an indian company and now in US on a L1 visa and my sister-in-law is pregnant. My father is government employee still left with 2yrs of service and my mother is housewife. I have few questions.
1) Who should sponsor the visa for my parents? I think my brother might be right fit as he is on L1 and he has a need.
2) If visa gets rejected for some reason, in how much time we can reply again?
