Dear Friends & Senior Members.
My case runs as follows.
I am a surgeon Doctor and I own a ten bedded hospital.
My wife is also a doctor working with me in our hospital.
We got married in 2001 and have got three kids.
Female 10, female 6 and male 04.
We are living in a combine family system with my parents living with us.
I visited alone on a bssiness visa of U.K. in 2011 from where I returned after 18 days.
I also visited my real brother who is a British Citizen now, during that stay.
I visited Saudi Arabia in 2012 with my parents in June 2012 for 16 days.
My wife and male kid 04 years went to USA on B1/B2 visit visa last year in April 2012 from
where they returned after 21 days.
My wife has her two brothers living in USA as USA citizens with their families.
Her parents are also residing in USA at this moment on a green card process completing 3 out of 5 years period.
My wife and son went to USA to attend a Medical Conference and they were sponsored by me.
They also visited the family during their short stay.
Now I with my two daughters have applied for Visit visa B1/B2.
Our interview date is Feb. 13, 2013. I have applied on self sponsership basis.
One of my brother in laws has also sent us Affidavits of Support.
I want to attend a surgical conference and see the family during my planned stay of about 24 days.
I have got invitation letter from the host co. and have paid my conference and hotel reservation dues.
Please note that we all five want to visit USA next June 2014
to spend 30 days summer vacation with the family on self finance basis..
But this years April 2013, my wife and son are not going with us.
I have the following queries.
1. Should I Proceed on self finance basis or use the Affidavits of support?
2. Should my wife and son need to go with us for the interview ( They already have 5 year multiplte entries.)?
3. What specific documents I need to take with me for the interview.
4. What is supposed to be the justified answer why my daughters are going with me on a surgical conference plan?
Kindly guide me and give me valuable tips.
