nope dint show any other documents but had all ready(payslips last 6 months(previous company also),bank statement last 6 months,IT returns last 3 years.

Please i would like to know the exact answers you provided. Like how long have you worked for the company ? I have only worked for my company for 4 months and i dont know if this would be a problem.
