B1-visa ,DS160 Issue.

Hi,
Now iam applying for the second time for the B1 visa ,becoz 1st time i have refused and given 214(b) and this time my OFC interview is on April 30th and on April 28th morning around 1am i have done fresh DS160 form also updated in the ustravel docs web site- in the profile i have entered the new ds 160 form .
I just wanted know that will it get updated in to my profile before my interview or should i request at the ofc office to update please send me your reply.
