  • BUSINESS VISA (B1) REJECTED TWICE AND REASON GIVEN 214(b)

    Hi

    I am from Bombay India

I had applied for Business Visa (B1) in 26 Jun 2012 and was being sponsored by own company.
I was rejected and given the reason for rejection Sec 214(b)

I reapplied in 3 Oct 2012 and had an invitation letter sent by my buyer stating my presence was very important to finalize some urgent big orders and can visit some other buyers.
My buyer stood guarantee for my visa and he shall be taking care of my boarding and lodging while my visit to USA.
Again i was rejected for same reason 214(b)

Is it so if i reapply again i will be rejected ? or Should I apply for Tourist Visa with my family ?

Can any one please help me how to get US Visa ?

I think you are eligible to get the visa.

What is your nature of business?
To how many countries your product goes?

Do you have any over seas office?

You can start your office in the US with very nominal price.

Then you can tell VO that you would like to appoint your sales person in the US.... for the purpose of visit question.

        Then your chances may improve.

        All the best.

This is my opinion, not a legal advice.
