There is nothing called replacement of a visa. If it is damaged, you got to get a new one. If Passport is damaged get a new passport and re apply for B1/B1 like you did initially.

This is my opinion not legal advice.

These are my personal thoughts. I am not a professional.

          Wishing you luck.

If your passport just got wet, and the visa is generally in good shape, you can contact the embassy or consulate and ask them if it is still valid. If it is, and if the passport is in decent shape, you're good to go. If the visa is good and the passport is damaged, then you'll just need a new passport, and you can carry the old passport along when you go to the US. If just the visa is damaged, and the passport is ok, you can ask the consulate or embassy if they will issue you a new visa in the same passport.
