Multiple entries to USA on B1/B2 will affect H1B visa. Please advise

I have visited USA on B1/B2 visa (17-OCT 2013 to 10-Jan-2014 ) around 90 days.

can I re-enter USA in APR'14. Any issue will face at Port of entry.

IF I enter USA again, will it impact if I apply for H1 visa in future. Please suggest

As long as you are not using the B1 to work and have genuine reasons to be on B1 for so long, I think it wouldn't be seen with suspicion during with your H1 interview.

you will surely face secondary inspection( interview in a separate room) and Your visa can be cancelled and you sent back if you cannot convince the officer
why you returned so quickly.

What is the reason for returning so quickly?
was your previous visit a business visit or a pleasure visit?
what is the purpose of your current visit and duration?
