  • B1 Visa to checkout Machinery

    Hi Fellows,

I'm in need of a Machine that's specifically available in the US and not available through any dealer networks, the main reason of me going there is that they have various variants of the same machine starting for as low as 30k USD to 100K USD, I need to see these machines working in person so that I may get to know the difference to my visual eyes(they turn out a specific quality output that I can understand for its features to whether its useful or not) and talk face to face all the pros and cons regrading going with a particular option!

My passport right now is all vacant with no visa stamps at all, I know this is a problem so that's why I'm asking here on the forum that how much chances I will have based on the particular case scenario I'm in?

EDIT: I own a proprietorship here regarding whos base I'm filing out taxes for 4 years now and have my electronics lab here in India without which I can't develop any circuitry and prototypes but the fact that I haven't traveled at all is it that much BIG that chances of my getting the VISA are too scarce?

Also Do I need to show the money to get the machine? because I'll be getting that financed from a Indigenous Indian Bank after I finalize on machinery.

travel history is important but not absolutely necessary. If other factors are strong, you can get the visa.

Most important is your business turonver and your income. if they are weak, chances won't be good.

Is there any way to make the fallout in turnover and income good by showing considerable bank balance or support from a US citizen, I have heard that i134 form is double edged sword as such is it like going to destroy more than cultivate?

Anything like an Invitation that is Notary attested from a friend in US that says support is there in terms of lodging ,travel and food will help anyway? Or is entirely unrelated?

I-134 and support from US will be counterproductive.
They work only in select cases like children sponsoring parents.

Since you are going on a business purpose, they expect you to have good business and strong income in India and then think about going to US .

But what is the threshold income that looks good?
