B1/B2 visa without any annotation, can we use it for B1 in lieu of H1?

Hi,

I already have a B1/B2 visa granted for 10 years Multiple entries without any Annotations (left blank) , R (Don't know What R means Regular or Restricted ). Can i use this existing visa with an Invitation letter saying it is for "B1 in lieu of H1"? (my visa does not have any annotations saying b1 in lieu of h1, it is just blank)

But, my visa has nothing in the Annotation column. Is it legal to travel with this regular B1 visa (Without any annotation) with the invitation letter saying B1 in lieu of H1 or B1 in lieu of H3?

I need to travel this saturday, kindly advice me soon.
