I work for a US company from India as General Manager. So what should i select as Primary occupation field in DS-160. Should i select BUSINESS, or select OTHER and type General Manager. Please advice me. Thanks.

what area does your company deal in ? If that area is listed in the menu like communications, culinary/food, computers , write that and then write General Manager
with the name of the company.
If that area is not listed; write 'other' and then write G.M. with the name of the company.
