  • My chances for B1

    Visa applying for : B1
Reason : Training of 10 weeks. (not work)
Annual salary : 7.9 lakhs pa.
    Age : 31.
    Marital Status: Single.
    Experience : total 7 years . In present company : 4.3 years.
Nature of job : Systems Analyst (Tech Lead) Computers
English : Can speak and read fluently.
    Never went out of country.

    Rejections:

    H1B 2014 - Not selected in lottery. Company A
    L1B (Blanket) - Rejected in AUG 2013. Company A

Should i be reducing my stay, i have a feeling 10 weeks would cause a rejection. Currently working for Company A too.

    Hey,

I wish you luck.. but be little cautious with the number of weeks.. Initially one of my colleague applied for 6 weeks, they rejected his VISA asking him to apply for a new visa type.. he then reapplied with 4 weeks and got it..

For 10 weeks, i strongly suggest you have a good reason.

    All the very best man..
