i have been denied B1 visa in Mumbai usa embassy..however they have not entered any rejection stamp in my passport , also not given any rejection reason letter and official just told me to apply again.

Now i need to apply UK visa ,how shall is answer question where they mention that have you ever denied visa for any country.If yes then whats the reason.?

You need to mention = Yes.

Reason = Intending immigrant.

Since they didn't provide any document/reason, you may mention the reason : Don't know.

they have not given reason but i know personally the reason that it was because of lack of confidence or over excitement so can i mention that in reason?

How do you know that?

Visas are issued or rejected based on many parameters.

First of all, you should not work in the USA with a B visa.
