My interview was on 23rd may. I got 221 ( g ) with bright yellow color slip and visa pending status. Counselor returned my passport and asked me to send email with scanned copies of all relevant documents. I applied for B1 visa. My conference is from 13th april. Will I get visa before that or should I cancel registration.

Administrative processing will take few weeks to months but nobody can tell you when it will be completed and whether you get the visa or not.

If there is any deadline to cancel the registration of conference, you may wait till that date and take a decision.
