B1 and H1B

Hi,

Kinldy give me solid answers instead of guesses as this scenario is little complex. I hold a valid B1 visa for 10 yrs till 2015. I have my H1B approved and my consulate interview is on Feb 10th..if H1b is stamped will my B1 be still valid?? If valid can i travel on B1 business purpose for my current employer in India?? and later travel with H1B ??

Your B1 remains valid.

You can travel on either one as long as your activities in US are going to be consistent with the visa type.
