B1 visa rejected

my b1 visa got rejected in chennai. nt sure reason behind rejection.
questions asked :
1.purpose of travel
training and client meeting
2. duration of stay
4 weeks
3. why only one person visiting
team is small. as i m experienced in this team they choosen me
4.company working for

xx. xx lack
6.wht u l do there fr 4 weeks
i l attend training n once i come back i l give training to my team mates

8.company strength is offshore n onshore

abv questions are not in correct order..

i am not sure why thy rejected my visa.. pls help so tht i can correct it for next visit

To be frank there is not perfect answer while go for Business VISA interview. B1 is for Business visit and if they think you are not experienced enough to perform a business responsibility they will reject without any explanation.

Basically 2 things are important -
1 - Length of stay should be as less as possible, I would rather go for 2 weeks only instead of 4.
2 - Minimum 5 years of experience.

But again, ball is always in their court. They have right to reject it.
