B1 Visa

Hello,

I am going to apply for B1. I saw one question in DS 160, what all countries you have travelled in last 5 years.

1. I married last year and got new passport, added my wife name on that. but I lost my old passport after getting new one and I have FIR of that, I travelled to UAE on that passport in 2012 so my question is, do I need to show this visit in DS 160 ?

2. I travelled to Rome( Italy) and Barcelona (Spain) last month with my wife, I got visa from Italy embassy. but I don't have any Barcelona stamp (in and Exit) on my passport as its Local from Rome to Barcelona and Return, I have both (in and exit) stamps from Rome, so can I show that I travelled to Spain as well or I need to show only Italy ?
