Hi, I have maxed out on L1B visa. Have not completed 1 year gap after max out yet. Can I still travel USA on B1 Visa? Will the 1 year gap gets reset if I enter USA on B1 Visa?

You can TRY - if you already have the B1 visa. The presumption will be you're coming back to work again - even if your visa doesn't allow you to do so.

No, no reset will occur if you travel (and are allowed entry) on a B1/B2 visa.
