Dear All,
Please help i have got rejected Bussiness Visa B1 Thrice,here is the Summary,
1st attempt:-I have got invitation letter from company,It was clearly mentioned in Invitation letter,
i am going for work for 6 months so VO rejected the visa and give reason Sec-214b and told for H1 visa
Second Attempt:- Again applied by company with in one week in same situataion ,
but i was not appeared in interview because another my colleuge(He is with same circumstances as me) has got rejected visa 2nd time again with
same reason so my company has told me to not attend interview.
I have applied above in Jan 2013.our company is US product based company in USA.
Third attempt:-I have got invitaion letter for tarining & Bussiness meeting purpose for 9 weeks,ansd i applied(B1 again) on 14 september 2015.
Interview was on 24 september,here is the summary:-
Me- Good morning
VO- Good morning
Vo-Where will you go
me- Millwaukee
Vo-WHY
ME- to attend training.
VO -9 Weeks Traing ?
Me:-I will attend traing programs and some bussiness meetings.
VO-Salary?
Me-61000 thousand per month.
Vo-How long do you with this company?
Me-4 year 9 months.
VO-Why have you refused last time?
Me-I applied for wrong category of visa due to travel desk mistake.
Vo- You have refuesd two times.
Me- Second time I have not appeared in interview.
VO-Why?
Me-There were not requirement and project handled by US Team.
VO Go to some whare for 1 min and give me Sec-214-B and told me we need more information,it seems work activity so you need to apply H1 visa.
Third time no documents demand by VO.
Kindly help...
Can i apply fourth time in same situation,Now i have training schedule for four weeks.I am going for expert level product based training to give services in india.
