My brother and his family are in the U.S since 3 years ago, and they have a green card, I want to visit him with my wife but I don't know how the mechanism of invitation works.
btw I'm 70 years old while he is 85, and I can't travel alone without my wife.
what type of visa is the right one and where Ican find the steps?
also, I'm thinking if my visit was successful, to apply for asylum instead of returning.
