B1 Visa Approval Chances

Hi All,

What are my Chances for B1 visa Approval thru company Sponsorship with the below History.

Present:

1. Sr.S/W Engineer with MNC (4k employees, 22 months services within it out of 8 years exp)
2. CTC : 10.8 Lakhs Per anum (infact ~12 lakhs per anum including Bonus and Shift allowances)
3. Married (since 2007)
4. US Business trip Duration : 14 days

Past:

1. F1 visa rejected twice in 2007
2. B2 visa rejected twice in 2013 (CTC was 6.5 Lakh per anum)

Please advise me for visa success.

Last two times you applied for F1 and B2 visa. That is evaluated based on strong ties to your home country.

For B1 visa most of the information will come from your employer so chances are more for visa success but no one can say for sure.

are my current salary, service period with the current company and travel duration positive signs?

and What should I say if VO ask me about my salary? is it CTC or CTC+Bonus+Allowances?
