US Guam visa

Dear experts,

I am a Nepal national. I am planning to apply for Guam (US) visa for a business conference purpose. If I am issued visa by the American embassy for Guam. May I also use this visa to travel another US destinations like, Hawai and California?? As Guam is US foreign territory, may the US embassy issue visa only for Guam??

Mostly when highly skilled individual applies for "B1" visa for business reasons, they are given "B1+B2" visa (which is eligible for tourism as well). During the interview you may request them for "B1/B2" & if you get it, you can travel to other states/places also.
