Visa fees with IMPS - how long does it take to get updated in the records

Visa fees with IMPS - how long does it take to get updated in the records? I was under the impression that IMPS was instantaneous. But its been close to half an hour now and I still keep getting the error : "No valid record can be found for the entered receipt number."

I am using the reference number i got from my bank's mobile app (for imps) in the receipt number input.

It roughly takes 3 hours. Check now, it should be done by now.
