Hello Team,
I know this is an often asked question but I couldn't find anything specific to my situation, so started a new thread:
I am currently on deputation in a European country and have applied for a B1 tourist visa by myself here and its has been granted. After the end of my deputation, I will return back to India and there are chances that my company may initiate a H1b for another deputation. Will be it easier for the company to just make the switch from B1 to H1b or do I need to do anything specific with the existing B1 visa, considering I may get a multi entry 10 year visa.
