I applied B1 visa but unfortunately rejected. I am living in UAE for 7-8 years with my family and just changed my job and company wants me to go to their HQ office for training. I had everything but I got 214(B) rejection
The consular just asked 4 questions:
1- What is the purpose of your visit: I told training in US from my company for 3 weeks
2- Do you live with family in UAE: I answered, I just changed my job, so currently my family is in my home country but their visas are under process
3- How long you are working for company: I replied 1 month
4- Do you have relatives in US: I replied yes but not my relative, my wife relative. In application I put yes
Now my situation is changed little bit. I got visas of my family but they will travel next month. I already have car and 2 bed room apartment. Should I reapply visa? My questions are, what will be the answers to below:
1- Do you live with family in UAE: Can I say yes now? and also fill in application the same answer
2- Do you have relatives in US: There is no relative of mine but there are some relatives of my wife. What should I write in application? Yes or No?
