B1 visa

Hello,
I am going to apply for B1 business visa next week..have got all the necessary document but my wife is in US on H1B visa....will this make negative impact to give me B1 visa...please help

It should not have any negative impact. Visa officer also know that you can apply for H4 visa. But you have to declare your wife's visa status in your visa application.
