Hi,
I am looking for a little bit of guidance on the correct Visa choice for my wife and I?
I'm a Director of a UK company, I am opening a US corporation (providing the same services to US clients, employing US employees) however the companies are obviously linked paying independent income tax returns in the associated countries. Myself being an employee of both corporations.
My wife and I are currently UK born citizens, we own property here and plan to purchase property in the US.
Initially we want to spend 6 months in the UK, and 6 months in the US.
The longer term approach is we want the option for citizenship should we wish (in the long term) to simply reside in the US.
I have been reviewing the L-1A Visa and B-1 Visa, as well as the normal flexibility of the standard ESTA visa.
Any help/advice would be great, we are looking at Bakersfield, CA.
