Applying B2 Visa for the first time

Hello FriendS,

I need all your assistance as I am applying my USA visa for the first time and I have never travelled any other countries previously. Now I have a flat on my name, I am Business Development Manager from 1 year and my current package is around 9.5 lacs, my current bank balance is 6lacs. Now I will apply with my son who is 14 years old and he wants to see DisneyWorld & Niagaria Falls & my husband will not be able to come as he is currenlty busy with one project which will get completed in July. We wil be there for 2 weeks in May. I have a Maternal uncle there who went in 2014 and is a Green Card Holder. We will stay at his place. Morover all my family including my side & in laws are here in India. I will pay for my and my sons tour.

So I need you help & suggestion whether I will get the Visa or not. Please reply at the earliest!!! Thanks in advance. God Bless You All..

Going without your spouse for a family vacation seems odd. How did your uncle get a GC being there only for 2 YEars?

Yes as my husband will be busy in his Project from April to July. And my son's vacation is just in May month. Moreover my maternal uncle put his file on 1999 and his file was opened in 2014 as was elected as Green card holder, since then he is there. Please suggest now!!
