B1 rejected , i have h1b pitition in 2007 ,but i didint show/

my visa interview was on 14th feb, 2017,
interview was going good, but finally he ask me did u processed any thing for visa before,
i answer that i have h1b approved visa petition but i didnt appeared for interview,
then he return my passport and rejected.
my que.
do i have to mention h1b visa petition detail in ds160, employer from usa has filled my h1b pition from usa in 2007, but i didnt apeared visa intervew,
please suggest me answer, i m very much confused,
do i apply for again interview,
what i mentioned in ds160 for h1b petition of 2007?
