B1 VISA got rejected without checking any documents

I had my B1 VISA interview on 23 Feb, following is the conversation

Me: Good morning
VO: Good morning
VO: Passport please
Me: Sure
VO: Why are you travelling to U.S
Me: YYYY Product training
VO: Who is conducting the training
Me: YYYY is conducting training
VO: Where the training is conducted
Me: Lewsiville Texas
VO: Are you going to Client location
Me: No
VO: How many years of experience in current company
Me: One year
VO: Are you married
Me: Yes
VO: Sorry under 214(b) your VISA rejected

I have read many interview experience, and if you are applying for b1, mentioning training is a big mistake.

I have read many interview experience, and if you are applying for b1, mentioning training is a big mistake.

Well, I've mentioned training on mine and I was put into Administrative Processing. Why would training be a big mistake? What else are you supposed to tell them?
