Intended length of stay dates confusion

Hi,

I filled 4 in the intended length of stay in DS-160 form; however; the introduction and invitation letter from my office mentions date of arrival 16 aug and date of departure 20 Aug. Can anyone please confirm what shall I do now? Will it cause some confusion? or shall I submit a new DS-160?

That's OK. No need to fill new DS-160.
