Finger print appointent details required

Hi

I am re-applying for B1 visa
I have few doubts

1)I have created a ustraveldocs account earlier for my rejected visa ds160.Now I am submitting a new DS 160 .So if I change the DS 160 number in same profile is that okay?
Should I create a new account for new DS-160?

2)Should I schedule appointment for the finger print (biometrics) again?I have heard second time biometrics not required.
Please clarify the process if anyone has re-applied b1 visa?

Thats fine using the same profile for multiple DS160 for yourself as well as for your family also.

Not 100% sure, but until your visa is not approved with finger prints (I guess last time, when your visa was approved, you didn't appeared for finger print) you'll need to give fingerprint again.
