B1 Refused

Hello Sir/Madam.

My B1 got refused under 214(b) last time on 29-August-2006. I am reappearing for the B1 on 15-Sep-2006.( this is my second attemt). My comp is under BEP.


Will I get VISA this time ? Its urgent please reply.

B1 Refused

My Questions was

1. what is the purpose of travel?
my answer was study of all current application and business discussion with cleints in USA.

2. what is your client name?
Teradyne ( but i was seplled into Teradyne IT)

3. what is your project name?
Teradyne It Outsourcing.

4. what is your role in that projects?
my answer was i migrate all Orcale 9ias applications into Orcale10g applications.

Please give me the sugesstion this is corret or Not?

Update?

Did you get your visa on your second try? I've also been rejected on 14th Feb 2007 and planning to go again very early i.e. on 1st March 2007 with additional documents to prove that I'm going for conference. I need to know if they give chance in the second term and that too so early. I somehow lost trust in the visa processing but understand their concern also as I know at least 5-10 people who are working in US on B1 visa and we have to face the repercussions.
