can i go for B1 while my H1 is pending

Hi ,

I attend for h1 recently which is sponsored by US based company, but I got 221g saying that Additional Administrative Processing . After this my present employer is applying B1 for me.My present employer is not aware of my H1 interview.

I have few doubts ,

1) can i go for B1 while my H1 is pending
2) Will this affect my H1 chances


Please suggest if anyone came across the same situation.

Can I go for L1 while AAP for H1-B ?

Hi,

Can you please let me know whether I can go ahead for L1 while my H1-B is under Additional Administrative Processing, if I am ready to leave H1-B (petition was processed by a consultancy) and go ahead for L1 through my current employer ? Please let me know.
