Previously i worked with Company A and they processed my H1 B visa and it got approved in the month Dec 2005. In Feb 2006 I shifted to company B. In the month of Aug 2006 I visited Channai for stamping of H1 and channai embassy asked me to come again with client letter, which was not with me.
Till now i didnot visit Chennai embassy with the Client letter, as employer not provided client letter.
Now my current employer(company B) processing for B1. Iam not interesetd in H1B visa having with my previous employer.
Now my doubt is If my current company process my B1, does it get effected by my H1B(bcoz its still pending and having a stamp on my passport saying 'visited embassy')?
Do I need to cancel my H1B befor going to B1?
