Can Apply for B1, if I am under admin processing for H1b
Hi,
I have gone to embassy on 30 Nov 2005 for h1-b interview, they have rejected under 221-g (Administrative processing is required). Recently I got response from us embassy saying "your case got suspended and handed over to USCIS" and said they are not dealing with my case now. This is the h1-b status.
Now my employer is asking me to go to US on B1. Can I apply for B1 now? If not what shall i do, before Appling for B1.
Immhelp, pleaze help in this regard, I am having lot of tension regarding this.
