different processing status

My VISA is also victim of PAP (pending administrative processing) under 221(g)..
I mailed answers to questionnaire, txt's to the given mail-id nearley 6 weeks back.. Today my processing status is updated as "respond to questionnaire"..
What does it exactly mean..? And what should i have to do?

Does it mean, Consulate not received my mail with answers..?
Please confirm if you are aware of it..
Visa is already delayed by 1.5 month and i feel its always better not to add any delay from our end.
