If you have a B1 Visa, and were give 3 months to stay (in Aug 2007), you have to leave and re-enter USA . For How long you have to be out of the country?

Passport is Italian. Visa is for Multiple entries .

There is no specified time for which you have to be out of country. However, if you try to stay in the US too much, you may be denied entry.
