B1 extension

Hello All ,
I have a 10 year multiple entry B1 visa .I'm presently in US on B1 Visa and getting it extended for 3 months.My company wants me to go back to Indian and come back again after 10-15 days on B1 for three months . Is it advisable to stay in US for so long on B1 ? Can it affect my chances if i want to come in future on H1 visa?

First of all, how long have you been in the US?

Second, if you have been here for over 3 months, and you are extending your visit for 3 more, and plan to leave and come back and then stay another 3 months... you are looking at 9 months out of 1 year in the US vs your home country.

This situation WILL bring you problems because your visa is a visitor visa and you are practically residing in the USA. You are probably going to be denied an extension or entry upon your return to the US.

Abuse of a visa (of any kind) will have an effect in any other visa petitions.
