B1 Visa Refused

Hi

My B1 Visa got refused Last year ie June2006.I am applying again in This August2007.
I don't know the reason why it got rejected.
I am thinking that when i was working with current compnay i show only 6Month expr with my preveious company before that i had 1Yr expr with small firm.But i not shown that.But now i am planning to show.Will it effect.
One more thing what should i anser following questions
1.Why your visa got rejected
2.Why company is sending to you only
3.Why you will come back

Please help me out as my interview is in next week

First of all you should know why your visa was rejected. Did they give you a reason for the denial? something like 214(b) INA?

You probably failed to show strong ties to your country.

As far as what to answer to those 3 questions = the truth.

1) You do not know.
2) Ask your company.
3) You need a return ticket, so you better know.

Worst thing you can do is lie to USCIS and not have a defined plan.
