  • visa refused 3rd time under 214(b)

Hi friends , see my luck, i work for a s/w company in bangalore, and hold an experience of 2 years in Application suppport. when i had experience of 1.5 years i got offer from YYYY company, i have got 6 months exp in the present company. All together i have 2 years now.

when i joined the YYYY company, i need to go to US for the product trainging , i applied for the first time when i joined YYYY company(joined in feb 2007, applied on April 3rd 2007)(2 months experience in that comany) i got rejected becauce they asked for a company aggrement document which wasnt there with me. My company forced me to apply again after 20 day (june 28th 2007), this time i got rejected under 214(B). Then it was very critical for me to attend the produce training, my company told me to apply again, so i applied again after 2 months(august 3rd). Again the same reason 214(B). I am not finding any way now. so thought i will ask u guys for sujesion. i have got UK accent(i used to interact with US clients) when i talk. many of my friend told me its because of that they are thinking that ur going to settle in US. will that matters.

can any one guide my wht should i do and when should i apply again. manny are telling me to apply after 6 months. pls help me guys ??????

This is a common problem within the embassy's. I have noticed for no reason they will give one visa to an indiv and for no reason deny another. It has really made it toucgh to work in this field.

The problem is that you are not showing enough ties to your home country. And provisions are different for each consulate embassy, but in mine, you can not reapply for a visitor visa until 6 months have passed since the denial.

I believe you did not provide them with enough documentation to show the reason for your trip, your ties to your country and your willingness to return.

Follow the instructions here and you may have a better chance: http://immihelp.comhttps://www.immih...tor/index.html

        Hi Chethan,
I would advise you to take professional help before you apply again. Consult a good immigration attorney.
