Need Help for B1

My H1 was refused in 2005. I applied for H1 again on Oct-31 2006 and i got 221(g) for H1 asking for additional documents , and went for B1 on Nov-25 2006 and got regected.I did nt submit any documents for H1. My company asking to go for B1 again. I think as per the rule my H1 closed by Oct-31 2007. So please let me know how to check my H1 Status and can i go for B1 again after oct31-2007?

What kind of additional documents?

If the documents are pertaining to your educational/Exp, and the counsel have suspicious, then you have problem with all the visa you are going to apply . Red flag is on in your file.
