B1 Visa rejected twice

Hi all,

i got B1 visa rejected twice with in a year under 214 b section.
first time i went on 18 th Nov 06,one lady did the inetrview and she has not asked any documents and she gave this 214 b paper saying that we are unable to process you request today,better luck next time.In the passport back side she has stamped like a Application received on 16 th nov.
Second time i went again on June 18th 07,again got rejected under 214 b section.
i have the clear documents and everything,i dont know why they rejected twice.
is there any impact on the date mismatch on my passport backside stamp?

can i reapply again through my company?

Is there any impact on mismatch stamping date on passport backside?

I don't think so but if asked just tell the truth. It was their mistake not yours.
