One of my friend came here on August and his I-94 his stay expires on 4th november. unfortunately he failed in his exam and he has to retake his exam
in november how quickly he can return back as he has multiple entry B1/B2
visa i mean after how many days, weeks
Please reply......................?

What exam?

How soon to return depends on the officer at the POE. If he knows the exact date of this exam and has proof of it, then he should leave NOW. and come back JUST for the exam.
