    Hi, i have filed my L1 petition and waiting for approval.. in the meantime is it possible to travel in B1 for a short period to US?

        You can use it then. You may be questioned about your L1 visa, but since it is a dual intent visa, it should not cause any problems. Enjoy your trip.

          thanks! i forgot to mention one more thing. I have already visited US twice this year in B1 and this would be my third trip. will this cause any problem?

              first visit for 70 days and second visit for 90 days

                You have already spent 5 months of this year in the USA.

                Unless you request to spend 1 month or less in your next visit. I see you going through a hard time to enter under a B visa. Since you are spending more time "visiting" the USA than "living" in your home country.
